What are my shipping options?

We offer different shipping method and carriers that you can choose at the check out. The shipping price depended of weight and the carriers that you choose.  The free shipping that we offer is through standard shipping world-wide.  

Do you offer free shipping?  How can I know if I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping.  If you want to know if you qualify for free shipping please sent an email to shipping@lowpricebeads.com  with your address information and we are let you know if you qualify.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It going to depend the shipping method that you choose.

Free Shipping:

Our shipping times are us follows.

  • For the USA (including PR, Hawaii and Alaska): you should receive your order within 2-5 days of placing it.
  • For everywhere else: you should receive your order within 3-6 weeks of placing it. The wide range is due to different policies of customs clearance in different countries. Most of our customers get their order within 4 weeks!

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:59pm (UTC-4:00) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via support@lowpricebeads.com to request for such changes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of order is allowed on or before 11:59pm (UTC-4:00) on the same day. You may contact us via support@lowpricebeads.com to request for cancellation.After that time, cancellation will no longer be available. 

How can I do if the products in my order are short of stock?

We will contact you to notify the item that it's not available and we are going to offer some options depends of the item.The options are:

  • Sent you a similar item replacement.
  • If the item is to be available in less than 7 days, we can offer to sent it to you later and the shipment will count on us.
  • Refund your money.

 

How many time I have to verified my order?

FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 48 hours after you receive your order to verified if something is defective or damaged.  If 48 hours have gone by since received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

What happen is some items are damage or defective?

FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 48 hours for exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product just email us and we will provide you the instructions.  Please note, you are responsible for return costs (if applicable).

What is this store's Return Policy?
